About The Position

Iru is hiring a hands-on Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead a small team responsible for the systems, data, and AI tooling that power its revenue operations. The role works closely with Finance, R&D, GTM Operations, and Deal Desk to establish clear system interfaces and ownership.
