About the Team This role supports the Marketplace business teams, reporting to the Director of Walmart Fulfillment Services Finance, and ultimately integrates with the US eCommerce Finance team. Our team provides strategic financial insights, maintains strong organizational relationships, and drives the company strategy forward. What you'll do... Produce compelling insights and financial advice for executive leaders to enable informed decision-making. Leverage digital transformation tools to drive insights across the business. Build and maximize relationships across the organization for strategic alignment and effective project management. Operate with excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others. Provide guidance and support for efficient business decisions, considering both costs and benefits. Provide financial support and business cases for key strategic initiatives. Produce financial models incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks, and participate in business case presentations to senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Expertise in e Commerce and Marketplace.
• Strong financial planning skills and familiarity with building financial models.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to articulate points simply.
• Organizational skills to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to make complex subjects easily understood through visuals.
• High standards and a belief in accountability.
• Resilience in navigating challenges and ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.
