About The Position

The Senior Manager, Finance Insights & Decision Support is a founding leadership role responsible for establishing and growing Finance Intelligence’s Finance Insights & Decision Support capability. The role partners directly with Pharmacy Services (PS) Finance stakeholders to identify emerging risks, opportunities, trends, and business questions that existing reporting and analytics do not fully address. Through analytical investigation, business partnership, and decision-support practices, the leader helps stakeholders understand what matters, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. Initially, this role operates as a hands-on individual contributor while defining the methodology, operating model, and future direction of the function, including its long-term growth and team structure. The role applies appropriate analytical and decision-science techniques, translates findings into recommendations, and identifies ways to operationalize proven insights. It also defines the function’s long-term vision, talent strategy, and capability roadmap, mentors others, and promotes analytical and decision-support best practices across Finance Intelligence.
