This role manages a portfolio of 100–120 national and state association events annually across exhibitor, sponsorship, and speaking engagement participation, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution, lead generation, and measurable event ROI. The role directly manages 2 employees. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with the financial institution association landscape. They are comfortable managing high volume without sacrificing quality, understanding how to connect event activity to pipeline outcomes, and are a reliable partner to both sales and marketing stakeholders.
