As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Insights – Consumer & Client Research, you will bring deep consumer and client understanding, coupled with strategic foresight, to life to inspire profitable growth. You will drive the learning agenda across cross-functional teams, developing forward-looking strategies grounded in the consumer and category trends shaping client perceptions. You will fiercely advocate for consumers and clients, anticipating their needs while bridging these findings with financial advisor inputs. You will design impactful reporting frameworks by synthesizing custom research, Client NPS tracking, Brand Health tracking, and insights gathered from supporting our consumer and client communities. As a master storyteller, you will help weave disparate consumer, client, and field data into meaningful insights that bring extreme clarity to the organization and empower stakeholders to take insight-led action. By helping to integrate insights across the consumer, client, and advisor journeys, you will unify holistic feedback into a cohesive consumer life stage view. This approach allows you to proactively prescribe targeted solutions that elevate the consumer and client experience while driving enterprise success. Finally, you will support our steady enterprise approach to AI adoption, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance consumer and client research capabilities and keep the team at the cutting edge of data synthesis.
