About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of an enterprise Pharmacy Benefit Management reporting product. The role provides strategic leadership and guidance, drives innovation, manages cross-functional teams, and supports the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. The Senior Manager partners with stakeholders across the company to understand customers, the product landscape, operational needs, and business goals, then develops a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap. The role also supports and mentors team members through the product life cycle, including product purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, and testing. Design thinking and customer centricity guide product decisions and delivery. Remote work within the United States may be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements

At least 7 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of product management experience owning enterprise-scale products or capabilities.
At least 3 years of experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams.
Ability to travel at least 25% per year, approximately once a month.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels.
Ability to provide vision to large teams, guide fast-paced, multi-month projects, establish milestones driven by market or enterprise needs, and direct matrixed teams.
Critical thinking and ability to make informed choices in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents.
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving internal and external customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Evaluate the current state and identify opportunities using customer needs, product analysis, digital data, and stakeholder conversations.
Act as a strategic advisor to product teams and partners, providing support, subject-matter expertise, and guidance.
Engage and inspire business leaders by participating in Business Unit leadership meetings, operating reviews, and investment meetings.
Set product strategy and work with senior business leaders to resolve investment levels and the relative priority of roadmap epics and features.
Connect the product roadmap to value drivers that contribute to department P&L, such as opening a new business revenue stream.
Create a shared understanding among business partners of each product’s intended outcomes, operating costs, and the expected benefits of enhancements.
Monitor the voice of the customer, identify insights, and propose solutions to address problems and maximize opportunities.
Provide consultative recommendations to department leaders about how changes in the business landscape may require adjustments to their business models.
Support and mentor team members responsible for product life-cycle management, from purpose and definition through design, planning, development, prototyping, and testing.
