More at https://www.sagard.com Position Overview Sagard is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, CRM Strategy to lead the evolution of DealCloud as the firm’s core capital formation and investment deal pipeline platform. This role owns the roadmap, governance and continuous improvement of DealCloud across Investment, Capital Formation and Investor Relations. The mandate spans deal origination and portfolio monitoring, fundraising pipeline management, investor coverage and relationship tracking. You will partner closely with Investment teams, Capital Formation, Investor Relations, Finance and Operations to ensure DealCloud enables disciplined processes, trusted data and actionable insights across the firm. The compensation range is: $140,000 to $165,000

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM ownership, investment systems or capital markets technology within alternative asset management or private markets.
  • Deep hands on DealCloud configuration expertise including pipelines, objects, automations, dashboards, permissions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of both private markets investment processes and fundraising lifecycles.
  • Ability to translate commercial and relationship driven processes into structured system design.
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data modeling concepts.
  • For all positions in Québec, proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. English is required due to regular interaction with colleagues and external partners outside Québec.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Capital Formation, Investor Relations or Fundraising teams is strongly preferred.
  • Prior vendor management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the firmwide DealCloud roadmap and platform strategy.
  • Design and optimize workflows across investment, fundraising and investor relations processes.
  • Define data architecture, governance standards and scalable configuration principles.
  • Ensure high quality, structured data to support IC materials, LP reporting, fundraising visibility and leadership dashboards.
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting using DealCloud Data Visualization, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, technology & AI teams and external vendors.
  • Establish structured intake, prioritization and release processes for enhancements.
  • Lead UAT, training and adoption initiatives to drive engagement across regions and strategies.
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities that improve transparency and reduce manual effort
