The Associate Manager, CRM Strategy will support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Fandango’s portfolio of brands, with a focus on email and mobile channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact, data-informed campaigns that drive audience engagement and business outcomes. You will help shape how millions of customers connect with entertainment experiences, ensuring campaigns are timely, personalized, and aligned to audience behavior and content release cycles. Your work will directly contribute to improving engagement, optimizing performance, and scaling CRM capabilities across the business. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with regular in-office collaboration to support cross-functional partnership and creative alignment.
