About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager, CRM Strategy (Vendor & Ad Support) leads data‑driven CRM strategies that elevate customer and vendor experiences across the lifecycle. This role shapes integrated CRM strategies that unlock vendor‑funded opportunities while advancing enterprise CRM capabilities that support business and advertising growth. As a strategic leader and collaborative partner, you will work closely with CRM peers, marketing, ads, product, technology, and analytics teams to influence how customers engage and CRM capabilities evolve. This role owns and advances Direct Mail programs, ensuring measurable value for the business and external partners. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in influencing enterprise CRM priorities. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in CRM, direct mail, or related discipline
  • 5 years of formal or informal leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-channel CRM programs that drive outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead strategic transformation and influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience using Power BI and/or Adobe Analytics to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making
  • Experience with vendor‑funded or ad‑supported CRM campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the CRM ad product portfolio, expanding offerings and developing scalable, measurable CRM ad products aligned to customer, vendor, and business goals.
  • Design multi‑vehicle CRM strategies for key vendor partners and categories, collaborating with CRM peers to integrate plans into the broader CRM portfolio and support execution.
  • Own the Direct Mail channel end‑to‑end, setting strategy while optimizing process and performance across brand and vendor‑funded initiatives.
  • Champion a test ‑ and ‑ learn culture, developing experimentation approaches that drive learning and differentiation.
  • Lead customer and campaign performance analyses, translating insights into strategic recommendations that shape priorities and capability roadmaps.
  • Influence enterprise ‑ level decisions related to CRM platforms, data, and technology enhancements.
  • Build and develop a high-performing CRM strategy team, fostering growth, accountability, and thought leadership.
