The Senior Marketing Manager, CRM Strategy (Vendor & Ad Support) leads data‑driven CRM strategies that elevate customer and vendor experiences across the lifecycle. This role shapes integrated CRM strategies that unlock vendor‑funded opportunities while advancing enterprise CRM capabilities that support business and advertising growth. As a strategic leader and collaborative partner, you will work closely with CRM peers, marketing, ads, product, technology, and analytics teams to influence how customers engage and CRM capabilities evolve. This role owns and advances Direct Mail programs, ensuring measurable value for the business and external partners. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in influencing enterprise CRM priorities. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location.
