We’re looking for an analytically minded Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance reporting, campaign analysis, and CRM initiatives across our growing national network. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll be the person leadership turns to when they need clarity on how marketing is performing — by location, by campaign, and by initiative. This is not an agency-style role. We’re not looking for buzzwords or strategy decks. We’re looking for someone who wants to understand the business, improve performance, and help us make smarter decisions over time. If something looks off, you investigate. If you see an opportunity, you speak up. Ownership matters here. This role is primarily remote, with one day each week in the office for collaboration. Team members are welcome to come in more frequently if they prefer.
