The Senior Manager partners with MarComm leaders, program teams, and functional and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, build stakeholder alignment, manage resistance, and enable successful initiative delivery. Success requires influencing without direct authority in a large, matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in change management or organizational effectiveness; experience in marketing, communications, or creative operations is ideal.

  • Develop and execute sponsor engagement plans, coach MCLT and senior leaders on visible sponsorship, advise on complex change, and align initiative leads on impacts and priorities across teams.
  • Direct role-based training and job-aid strategy with enablement and training partners, maintaining consistent messaging without overloading the business.
  • Define and track adoption, usage, and value-realization metrics and reporting routines to show leaders what is working and where intervention may be needed.
  • Embed change risk and readiness as standing inputs to PMO program reviews and apply a consistent methodology across initiatives.
  • Build reusable change infrastructure, including playbooks, tools, and templates, to improve consistency and efficiency across the organization.
