As the Senior Manager - Carrier & Indirect Channel Sales, you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of TDS’s carrier, wholesale, agent, and indirect sales channels, shaping a critical growth engine for the business. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the success of a diverse partner ecosystem, driving revenue, expanding market reach, and accelerating customer growth through strategic channel relationships. You will lead a team of carrier, indirect, and account management professionals, empowering them to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional partner experiences. You will oversee the entire partner lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding new partners to enabling, developing, and optimizing long-term performance.
