About The Position

The Senior Manager, Business Development, is an individual contributor role focused on targeting and onboarding top e-commerce brands. This includes the execution of strategic business plans by identifying operational needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance. This role fosters strong internal and external partnerships to drive business growth and aligns sales strategies with organizational objectives. By leveraging data insights and stakeholder collaboration, the Senior Manager supports continuous improvement and innovation to achieve measurable results while maintaining a customer-focused and value-driven approach. Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving business growth through strategic partnership development and sales strategy execution.
  • Strong ability to develop, communicate, and implement business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in managing key accounts and negotiating contracts to meet business needs and procurement guidelines.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships to support business objectives.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in evaluating business performance and adapting strategies to optimize results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
