About The Position
The Senior Manager, Business Applications is accountable for dependable delivery and operational excellence across the company’s enterprise applications environment, primarily Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business demand into sustainable roadmaps and leading managers and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a stable production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience is also accepted.
- 10+ years of progressive business and/or IT experience in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
- 4–6 years of IT people leadership experience, including oversight of managers or senior individual contributors.
- ERP implementation or enterprise application support experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and operational support of enterprise business applications, including Oracle Cloud.
- Partner with business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions.
- Manage and develop application delivery and support teams.
- Oversee vendors and system integrators to ensure quality, value, and reliability.
- Ensure stable operations, continuous improvement, and successful system upgrades.
