The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, delivery, and implementation of integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, shaping campaign strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders and providing day-to-day leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role translates organizational priorities into cohesive, insight-led strategies that align Brand, Fundraising, Mission, Communications, Media, and Analytics teams. Working in close partnership with the Director, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate a high degree of independence, leading campaign planning and execution within a fast-paced, continuous marketing cycle. With three major campaigns delivered annually, the role requires an experienced marketer who can independently drive progress, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions while ensuring seamless coordination across teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
