Brand is one of the most important levers in Replit's go-to-market motion — not just for awareness, but as a direct driver of trust, differentiation, and long-term user loyalty in an increasingly crowded AI landscape. We're looking for the person who will own Replit's brand identity and marketing expression end to end. You'll lead our brand marketing strategy, reporting directly to the VP of Consumer and Brand Marketing. You'll define how the world sees Replit — the story we tell, the emotions we evoke, and the cultural position we occupy — and translate that into campaigns, creative, and executions that make people feel something. You'll have significant creative latitude and work in close collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Social, and Influencer teams. This is the right role if you've built and evolved a beloved brand before, you think in narratives and not just campaigns, and you're excited by the challenge of making Replit a household name in the AI era.
