About The Position

800 Storage is Dubai's fastest-growing premium self-storage company, undergoing a major rebrand, launching new services, and aiming to build a trusted brand in the UAE market. They are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager with experience in consumer brands, multi-market campaigns, and brand identity protection. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of brand strategy and marketing execution, responsible for bringing the 800 Storage brand to life across all customer touchpoints. The role involves leading campaigns, managing content, building partnerships, and ensuring all output drives business results. The position requires close collaboration with leadership to contribute to the overall marketing strategy, bringing ideas and the discipline to see them through to completion.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of ownership across campaigns, content, and brand identity.
  • Deep experience in consumer-facing industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing across multiple markets, countries, or locations simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong strategic instincts, understanding of positioning, market analysis, and translating brand stories into resonant campaigns.
  • Exceptional content and copywriting skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing influencer programs, media partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • A sharp eye for creative quality and ability to brief agencies and freelancers clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable extracting insights from campaign data and building performance reports.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend, with examples of driving cost efficiencies or commercial impact.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong Arabic language skills for the UAE market.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, influencer, PR, and partnerships, ensuring output quality and brand consistency.
  • Contribute to and help shape the overall marketing strategy by providing market knowledge, campaign learnings, and consumer insights.
  • Develop and oversee monthly content calendars and social media strategies across all platforms.
  • Reinforce and protect brand identity across all touchpoints (digital, physical, multiple locations).
  • Build and manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and external collaborators.
  • Write and oversee marketing copy in English and Arabic for campaigns, social content, product messaging, and customer communications.
  • Brief, coordinate, and manage external agencies, creative freelancers, photographers, and production teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify successes, failures, and opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine positioning and identify growth angles.
  • Manage marketing budgets with a commercial mindset, tracking spend, identifying efficiencies, and linking investment to outcomes.
