Focused on comprehensive planning, project management, and resource coordination, the team drives business priorities with strong communication and adaptability. Their efforts contribute to seamless execution and continuous improvement, aligning with Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, execution leadership, and risk management to drive high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, balancing resources to meet dynamic business needs and timelines.
  • Ability to optimize processes and institutionalize best practices for operational excellence across multiple store formats.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align execution with insights, merchant teams, and leadership priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and KPI design to measure progress and inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing teams to foster continuous learning and execution quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.
  • 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights, Space, and Merchant teams to align decisions and clarify roles.
  • Mentor and develop managers and associates to build leadership capabilities and promote continuous learning.
  • Drive data analysis, risk mitigation, and process optimization to enhance execution quality and business outcomes.
