As a Manager in Assortment Activation, you’ll drive how our merchandise comes to life on the shelves. You won’t just coordinate modular initiatives—you’ll own their flawless execution. Leading daily operations, you will leverage data to make smart decisions, steer project timelines, and proactively solve complex problems. Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating workloads, managing resources, and steering complex project timelines to flawless execution.
- Strong skills in translating complex requirements into structured plans, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and driving merchant decisions.
- A data-driven approach to identifying risks, clearing blockers, and continuously improving operational processes.
- A natural ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing culture of operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
- 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional merchant teams to guide decisions, aligning strategic merchandising visions with realistic, executable modular plans.
- Manage daily operations, optimize workload planning, and clear roadblocks to ensure all project milestones are met on time.
- Serve as the modular execution expert, using performance data and store feedback to continuously streamline operational processes.
- Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence.
