We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality and delivery of field campaigns across a designated region, with a key focus on health and beauty activations in retailers such as Boots and Superdrug. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll visit stores and activation sites, coach Brand Ambassadors and other contractors, assess campaign standards, build strong relationships with store teams, and help ensure every activation is delivered to a high standard. Working in partnership with our clients, we use insight-led creative and brand experiences to engage with the right people and change what they think, feel and do.
