About The Position

The Senior Manager, Account Receivable, leads the execution of business plans by overseeing accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and driving operational excellence. The Accounts Receivable team is essential in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity by managing the full cycle of incoming payments and customer account reconciliation. The team handles accurate billing, dispute resolution, cash application, and collections management while ensuring transparent transactions and a clean general ledger. Collaboration fosters high standards of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in accounts receivable management and data analysis within complex business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards including GAAP and international reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and foster a performance-driven, collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, including effective communication and partnership building across functions.
  • Proficiency in data management, automation tools, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
