About The Position
We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Tech for a fully on-site, temporary role supporting a residential property in San Francisco. This role involves hands-on maintenance across various trades, completing unit turnovers, managing supplies, and supporting other staff on larger projects and various tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-family or multi-unit (apartment or hotel) maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Skills in one or more of: carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, painting, floor care, pest control
- Comfort working with residents in a supportive housing environment
- Strong independent work ethic and customer service mindset
Responsibilities
- Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, glazing, painting, and drywall repairs
- Complete unit turnovers and process work orders start to finish
- Assess and requisition supplies as needed
- Support janitorial and maintenance staff on larger projects
- Pitch in on other tasks like furniture moves, water clean-up, and grounds work
