You'll be the internal operational referent for all worldwide logistics (import/export and 3PLs) and the contact point for all departments.

Requirements

Degree in logistics, transport, international trade, or equivalent.
5 to 7 years confirmed experience in international logistics, import/export, transport coordination — hands-on, daily operational track record.
Advanced knowledge of transport and customs regulations; dangerous goods (IATA/IMO/ADR) a plus.
Experience contributing to transport tenders: data prep, comparative analysis, reporting.
Good ERP command, ideally Oracle and/or NetSuite.
Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, operational tracking.
Strong accountability.
Exceptional communicator, written and verbal.
Proactive, rigorous, autonomous.
Able to manage many complex files calmly and with good judgment under pressure.
Bilingual French/English, full professional proficiency both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own each shipment end-to-end: organize, track, follow up, coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, warehouse, customers, vendors.
Handle delicate situations (disputes, damages, delivery errors) with composure, diplomacy, and relentless follow-through to full resolution.
Communicate with all stakeholders clearly and professionally, adapting tone, defusing tensions, building lasting trust.
Request and compare transport quotes per shipment, following procedures and approved vendor panel.
Prepare, verify, validate all logistics docs: B/L, CMR, customs declarations, ATA carnets, certificates of origin, proforma invoices, dangerous goods docs (IATA/IMO/ADR).
Ensure full regulatory compliance for every shipment, including dangerous goods, with rigor and reliability.
Enter and maintain all transport data in ERP (Oracle/NetSuite) with absolute reliability: shipments, carriers, rates, statuses, documents, HS codes, origins.
Ensure the system always reflects ground reality — no gaps, no missing data.
Design and manage advanced Excel tracking files (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting) to monitor KPIs: costs, on-time delivery, service quality, disputes.
Flag deviations, alert management clearly, and own corrective actions within your scope.
Actively contribute to transport tenders with management: prepare volume data, comparative analysis, and field-based feedback on carrier performance.
Participate in carrier performance reviews with structured, documented, operational insights.
Propose improvements to processes, documentation standards, and efficiency.
Participate in testing, training, and procedure harmonization during new tool/flow rollouts.
