About The Position

Spreetail is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help drive the performance of our outbound transportation network. You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep our network running efficiently.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.
