About The Position

The Activities & Transportation Assistant at Bozeman Lodge helps residents stay involved, enjoy activities, and participate in outings in the Bozeman community. The role combines resident transportation with support for activities, games, events, and social connection. The assistant helps residents travel safely, supports mobility needs, and contributes to a welcoming, positive atmosphere. The position is full-time and day shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver's license.
Must be comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
Should enjoy spending time with older adults and getting out into the community.
Should be friendly, patient, dependable, and upbeat.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Prior senior living experience is not required.
Enjoys being active and adapting to varied daily activities.

Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings, and community activities.
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs, and personal belongings as needed.
Help plan, prepare, and lead activities, games, outings, and special events.
Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
Help create a welcoming, positive, and fun atmosphere.
Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation is not needed.
Work with the team to help make each resident's day brighter.
