A growing Southern California law firm serving the Los Angeles/South Bay community is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to work alongside its managing partners on business, real estate, and estate planning matters. The attorney will represent clients through all stages of litigation and help prevent and resolve disputes. Requirements

Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
At least five years of experience as an attorney handling both litigation and transactional matters.
Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
Conduct legal research.
Manage all phases of discovery.
Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Support the managing partners on litigation matters.
Perform administrative and case management responsibilities.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding client service.
