About The Position

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation group in the Berwyn office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of meaningful litigation experience.
• Experience trying product liability and/or complex litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Good Standing to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• Admittance to NY is a plus.
