Senior Commercial Litigation Associate/Of Counsel
About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney for its commercial litigation group in the Miami office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral attorney to join a dynamic office within an AmLaw100 firm. The Miami office is home to a diverse group of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels, practicing in various areas including litigation, estate planning, taxation, healthcare, real estate, corporate and securities, and infrastructure. The office, with over thirty attorneys, is well-positioned to serve clients in Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience.
- Confidence in ushering a successful client experience.
- Proficiency in legal research and persuasive writing.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Experience in both federal and state court litigation is preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar in Good Standing.
