About The Position

Comstock is seeking a passionate Senior Leasing Consultant to support its community in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The role focuses on creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents and guiding applicants through the leasing journey from initial contact through move-in. The consultant will provide customer service, manage leasing activities, market the community, coordinate promotions, and complete administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of leasing experience in a luxury high-rise multifamily property management environment.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning through closure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong customer-service and results orientation.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and establish good working relationships.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree, especially in business or a related field.
• Experience with Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging customer service and showcase the benefits of the community.
• Oversee the leasing process from lead generation through tenant occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• Market the community online, on social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and innovate the social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties supporting the leasing process and complete other assigned tasks.
