About The Position

Comstock is seeking a passionate Leasing Consultant to support a high-quality, sustainable, mixed-use, transit-oriented community. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and connecting with prospective and current residents. The Leasing Consultant guides residents through the leasing journey, delivers engaging customer service, and helps create a positive community experience from initial contact through move-in.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of leasing experience in a luxury high-rise multifamily property management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning through closure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong customer-service and results orientation.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and establish good working relationships.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree, especially in business or a related field.
• Experience with Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging customer service and showcase the benefits of the community.
• Oversee the leasing process from lead generation through tenant occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• Market the community online, through social media, and in the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and develop the community’s social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties supporting the leasing process and complete other assigned tasks.
