About The Position

MongoDB is seeking a senior finance technology leader to guide a team of Product Managers, NetSuite Engineers, and Engineers responsible for the technology platform supporting Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and FP&A. This player-coach role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering. The role owns technical direction for the finance technology stack, translates complex finance requirements into scalable, automated, compliant solutions, and develops a high-performing team. The role covers systems and processes across tax compliance, treasury operations, accounting and close, procurement and accounts payable, and planning and forecasting. It also owns finance application architecture and integration strategy, vendor decisions and relationships, and governance, compliance, risk, and audit readiness. Success includes a prioritized roadmap that improves efficiency and scalability; reliable, secure, audit-ready systems; a stable NetSuite platform with disciplined releases and reduced technical debt; measurable improvements in financial close, manual effort, forecast accuracy, spend visibility, and cash visibility; trusted partnerships with Finance leaders; and growth of a high-performing team.
