About The Position

The Senior IS Technician repairs, stages, configures, and quality-checks IT hardware for stores and field service technicians. The position also refurbishes and quality-checks returned store hardware and maintains accurate asset-tracking records in the client inventory system. This is an onsite role in Twinsburg, Ohio, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. The stated pay range is $18.00–$19.49 per hour on W-2.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift less than 30 pounds routinely and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds with assistance.
• Constant walking and standing.

Nice To Haves

• A two-year technical school background and/or relevant experience is preferred.
• Administrative computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer asset tracking using client software systems.
• Stage, configure, and perform bench repairs on specific client store hardware.
• Process applicable warranty claims.
• Accurately record production details and inventory movements.
• Refurbish and quality-check returned store hardware equipment.
