About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team and runs the coffeehouse to create a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect. The role calls for leading with craft and heart, coaching and mentoring team partners, and creating meaningful moments for the community. Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail or customer-service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the professional maturity to coach and mentor team partners.
• High school diploma or GED at minimum.
• Documentation establishing identity and legal eligibility to work in the country of application.
• Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
