About The Position

The Senior Integration Developer provides technical development expertise for Trulieve’s integration environment. The role designs and develops interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, SAP API Management, and related tools to maintain data flow between internal and external applications. It supports projects ranging from individual initiatives to multi-tier corporate programs, including monitoring and supporting existing and new integrations. The developer writes code to specifications, performs technical analysis affecting system operations, and partners with infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure applications meet service-level standards and roadmap requirements. The position also contributes to global SAP S/4HANA implementations, cloud and application integrations, project planning, technical documentation, testing, code reviews, and production support, with an emphasis on sustainable systems and long-term post-implementation support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
6–8 years of combined IT and SAP experience.
At least 4 years of experience with middleware software systems.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite and its components, including CPI development.
Experience in API development and Groovy scripting.
Experience with SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh.
Experience with XML, Java, ABAP, and XSLT mapping of data in various formats.
Knowledge of network protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, REST API, and SOAP.
Understanding of cloud systems including PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
Experience with JavaScript and technical expertise with reporting, RFCs, and BAPIs.
Experience integrating multiple cloud systems.
Experience with ABAP proxies, alert monitoring, ALE configuration, RFC, IDoc, JMS adapters, SOAP, REST, web services, and OData services.
Experience with ABAP Workbench tools, including ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Area Menus, and SAP OData Services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management and retail partners.
Strong organizational skills, workload prioritization, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP BTP services such as Datasphere and Smart Data Integration.
AI skills are desired.
Experience with Magento eCommerce platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, Open Connectors, B2B, SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh, and SAP API Management.
Manage integration projects and subprojects for global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Integrate cloud platforms and applications, including SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Employee Central Payroll, as well as point-of-sale systems and eCommerce platforms.
Consult clients on integration strategy and integration architecture.
Support integration-related project development and help ensure delivered systems are sustainable and suitable for long-term support, with a focus on post-implementation support.
Work with OData services, Fiori apps, BTP services, and BTP apps.
Manage small- to mid-scale projects and tasks, including defining deliverables and scope for new or existing applications and interfaces, including S/4HANA-to-S/4HANA and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations.
Collaborate with functional and technical team members to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, configure repository objects, and recommend integration-tool maintenance to technical and basis teams.
Prepare detailed technical specifications and test plans for program development.
Monitor and keep updated on application maintenance notifications for research and message posting.
Create development estimates and technical design documents; execute unit and functional test plans; and perform code reviews to verify adherence to department standards.
Develop and test custom objects for interfaces, data conversions, workflows, and enhancements ranging from simple to complex.
Troubleshoot production support issues and perform the analysis needed to resolve them.
