About The Position

Adept Consulting Services, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based IT consulting firm focused on stable, long-term technology projects delivered by experienced consultants. The Senior Integration Developer will help shape and deliver integration architecture for large-scale tolling environments, connecting critical platforms and services. The work spans cloud, CRM, IVR, SAP, and external platform integrations, with emphasis on performance, maintainability, and durable, well-documented technical solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business management, information systems, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience as a developer or in a similar role, including Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, external-system integrations, and tolling projects.
Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
Extensive experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling projects.
Experience with C#, .NET 8+ or a supported .NET LTS version, and ASP.NET Core Web API, including REST APIs.
Understanding of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Master’s degree.
10+ years of expertise developing complex systems integrations for high-volume organizations within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management solutions, and Microsoft Azure Cloud hosting solutions.
Candidate location within Pennsylvania is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, middleware, and document storage and retrieval systems.
Analyze solution components and integration models, assess high-volume processing options, apply open API best practices, and reduce unnecessary data replication.
Lead complex tolling solutions involving CRM, Azure, IVR, SAP, payment gateways, backend databases, traffic management systems, and other external platforms.
Design and optimize IVR systems and data flows to improve customer interactions, operational efficiency, and system performance.
Create technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analyses, lessons learned, and best-practice documentation.
Follow Commission standards, policies, and procedures and perform other assigned role-related duties.
Develop and maintain enterprise integration services, microservices, custom middleware, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
Implement JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping.
Apply clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and secure coding standards.
