•$70 - $85•Remote

About The Position

Blend is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, B2B Technology, to support its growth and expansion. The role works alongside a product marketing team to execute always-on thought leadership and awareness campaigns for early-stage technology solutions, helping increase industry awareness and category leadership. The manager owns campaign delivery, translating approved narratives and business priorities into integrated campaigns across owned and adjacent channels. The role partners with product marketers, subject-matter experts, regional marketing, digital, analytics, communications, and agency teams to develop, launch, measure, and optimize programs. It also involves using AI tools to accelerate workflows, personalize content, and improve campaign efficiency. This is a remote, U.S.-only, six-month consulting role with potential to extend; PST is preferred.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, integrated campaign marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience executing multichannel awareness and thought leadership campaigns, especially across owned channels.
  • Strong background marketing to enterprise-level audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of execution best practices for web, social, webinars, podcasts, and email.
  • Experience in B2B technology categories where market education and awareness are more important than immediate demand capture.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools to accelerate workflows, scale content personalization, and improve campaign efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience marketing AI solutions, commerce infrastructure, developer-facing technology, or emerging payment products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyers and influencers across business, product, innovation, and technical functions.
  • Experience supporting global or regional campaign execution in a large organization.
  • Exposure to awareness, engagement, thought leadership, and share-of-voice metrics rather than pipeline-first demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing thought leadership to elevate the client’s position in emerging technology areas.
  • Lead always-on awareness programs across web, social, webinars, podcasts, email, and executive amplification.
  • Translate business priorities and product narratives into integrated campaign plans with activation, promotion, and measurement approaches.
  • Recommend content formats, campaign moments, and distribution tactics based on audience needs, channel performance, and business priorities.
  • Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, digital, analytics, communications, and agency teams to take programs from planning through launch.
  • Repurpose existing content into channel-ready assets, including web modules, webinar programs, social series, email promotions, executive talking points, and podcast support materials.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, timelines, alignment, approvals, quality assurance, publishing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage campaign operations consistently across channels, regions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Track performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and efficiency.
