About The Position

ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA. This position supports revenue generation for the Kitchen Equipment Services Group (KES) and our National Services Center (NSC). The KES/NSC team are a part of ESFM, providing over 70 different facilities services to existing clients. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. The Inside Sales Manager will consistently focus on engaging existing Compass Group clients across all our company’s sectors and presenting our KES/NSC service solutions to their decision makers. Through proactive outreach and with the support of other sector leadership, sales is able to grow revenues for the division and leverage our internal network of partners within Compass Global.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ sales management experience
  • High energy, goal focused and career-growth driven
  • Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and creative problem-solving/strategizing skills
  • Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business, offering unique solutions to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Always maintain a positive friendly and client-centric demeanor with all clients, colleagues and supplier partners.
  • Review Compass Group’s glossary of existing clients and develop a target list of potential customers who would benefit from the services we offer and are new to the KES/NSC division.
  • Achieve/exceed annual budgeted sales goals by performing targeted direct sales solicitation of potential new clients.
  • Maintain focus on growing existing accounts, which have potential for additional sites and revenue.
  • Utilize available Compass technologies to connect with prospective clients in a timely manner and record all client specific communication for follow-up.
  • Deliver expeditious responses to all telephone, email, chats and in-person inquiries and record in the SMART Sheet tracking system.
  • Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and addressing client needs through our Customer Service Management team.
