About The Position

Weaver Fundraising is seeking a passionate and autonomously driven sales leader for an Inside Sales Manager position on their Scouting team. The company is an industry leader in product fundraising technology and service for over 45 years, utilizing its Trail's End platform to simplify and amplify fundraising efforts for Scouting America. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forging relationships, and representing the brand with passion and integrity, with a relentless desire to win. The team is described as driven and action-oriented, passionate about empowering youth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales with proven results.
  • Action-oriented and results driven leadership skillset with a strong drive to win!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage relationships and internal tools to drive growth.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring them to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions, utilizing this knowledge to position technology and products effectively and provide councils with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets, and prepare regular reports for your Sales Leader as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to Scouting requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding the highest ethical standards.
