Vinyl is the number one stylized vinyl collectible on the market. The Inside Sales Manager position is the key point of contact between Funko and our customers, responsible for answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products for assigned accounts to achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years consumer products/retail experience and/or e-Comm knowledge is highly desired
  • Outstanding communicator with high intellectual horsepower and thought leadership; interpersonally savvy individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and build strong working relationships quickly
  • Highly resilient and stress resistant - able to manage through change
  • High initiative - must be a self-starter with a positive “can do” approach
  • Comfortable and effective when managing a high-volume workload with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Passionate student of the business who is excited to learn/grow/adapt with retail changes
  • Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • String negotiation skills by phone, email and in person

Nice To Haves

  • Entry level knowledge of Walmart specific applications (Retail Link, Item360) and Oracle preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a collection of accounts and their associated quarterly revenue sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Oversee Customer account management to ensure efficiency and maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze sales progress on a monthly basis implementing sales driven reactive approaches where applicable
  • Develop new business with new and existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
  • Prepare reports regularly on account status for own accounts
  • Be competent in pitching a broad range of Funko products, including cross category sales in Softlines and games where applicable
  • Attend industry events where relevant
  • Adhere to company values and company confidential information policies
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met/exceeded
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and become a trusted partner
