About The Position

The Inside Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading the inside sales function, managing key customer accounts, and overseeing full‑cycle sales activities. Reporting to the General Manager, this position operates with a high degree of autonomy while ensuring alignment, consistency, and strong execution across the sales team. In this role, the Inside Sales Manager owns complex, high‑impact sales opportunities and maintains visibility into pipeline activity to support accurate forecasting and strategic decision‑making. The position partners closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Billing to ensure seamless service delivery that meets customer expectations. The Inside Sales Manager also provides coaching, guidance, and direction to Sales Account Managers, promoting best practices and supporting overall team performance. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related industry
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through account management and complex sales execution
  • Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts serving as the main primary point of contact for high impact relationships
  • Contribute to overall site revenue performance through account growth, retention, and new business development
  • Lead complex sales opportunities, including pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations
  • Maintain visibility into sales pipeline activity, identifying risks and opportunities across accounts
  • Support overall sales performance by monitoring pipeline activity, identifying trends, and driving consistency across accounts
