This leader possesses an understanding of a call center environment, a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction while driving sales, delivering on operation-excellence through metrics, and exceptional leadership skills. The Manager of Inside Sales will lead the inside sales team, responsible for digital and phone-based demand from first customer engagement through order, including lead qualification, product education, demo-drive booking, and closing the sale. This team partners closely with Field Sales & Delivery to route leads, support on-site advisors, and improve conversion and pipeline health across regions. The manager will direct customer inbound activities, daily operations, and drive accountability for team performance. This role will ensure that performance goals are met daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly while effectively implementing Rivian’s brand culture. To be successful in this role, the Manager of Inside Sales must have a customer-first approach, have a hunger for competitive sales, and thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
