About The Position
Floorguard, Chicagoland's most trusted name in epoxy flooring for garages, basements, and patios, is looking for a senior closer to join our team. This role involves selling a high-quality product with a strong brand reputation and a lifetime warranty. The company has been installing floors since 1995 and manufactures its own coatings. The territory covers the Greater Chicagoland Area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-home sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.

- Experience in the home improvement industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales consultations for epoxy flooring.
- Utilize a 1-call close process during short appointments (20-30 minutes).
- Work with pre-set, qualified leads; no cold calling or door knocking required.
- Achieve sales targets in a commission-based role.
