This full-time position is for Epoxy & Concrete Flooring Crew and Foremen, with a pay range of $21-$31 per hour plus hourly job bonuses. The role involves installing various types of flooring, operating equipment, meeting production targets, and prioritizing safety.

Requirements

• Background in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit.
• Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work hard with your crew to smash daily production targets.
• Keep safety as your #1 priority on every job site.
