Senior Implementation Manager

OneVeracity•Kennesaw, GA

About The Position

The Senior Implementation Manager leads complex client implementations across OneVeracity’s health center, pharmacy, TPA, and care solutions. This is a hands-on senior role responsible for managing projects end to end, coordinating internal teams and external partners, leading special projects as the business grows, and helping shape implementation practices at scale. The role owns a portfolio of client implementations from sale through go-live and handoff to account management, often across multiple solution lines. Implementation work may include health center site and provider setup, scheduling and access, member communications, eligibility, and launch readiness; pharmacy PBM setup, plan design and formulary, eligibility and claims feeds, ID cards, and early-claims monitoring; TPA plan builds, stop-loss and network coordination, eligibility and data feeds, claims funding and billing setup, and plan documents; and care solutions program setup, referral and data flows, and member outreach and engagement launches. The manager leads kickoffs, sets timelines, keeps stakeholders current in Vera, coordinates with brokers, client HR and finance, sales, account management, and vendor partners, and explains funding, billing, and reporting to clients before go-live. The role identifies and escalates risks, manages a documented handoff to account management that includes the first 30 days after go-live, leads assigned special projects such as acquired-business integrations or new solution launches, improves implementation playbooks and processes, and mentors newer implementation managers.
