Senior Implementation Manager
About The Position
DailyPay is seeking an organized, results-driven Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex integrations for new business and support re-implementations across SMB and Enterprise segments. The role manages the full implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff, and includes leading high-priority enterprise launches with intricate technical requirements and multiple stakeholder workstreams. The Senior Implementation Manager resolves complex implementation challenges, serves as a subject matter expert for product areas or HCM integrations, and collaborates with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams. The role also improves implementation processes and tools, uses AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations to connect DailyPay with HCM, payroll, and vendor platforms, provides feedback to Product and Engineering, and ensures project documentation and system configurations meet quality benchmarks before handoff to Client Success.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects from kickoff to completion with minimal oversight and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve non-routine issues through creative thinking and collaborative resourcefulness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in fintech or HR-tech.
- Experience using LLMs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows in a professional services or technical context.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations for high-priority enterprise accounts, managing technical requirements and multi-stakeholder workstreams.
- Resolve complex implementation challenges, including data discrepancies and integration hurdles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product areas or HCM integrations and provide guidance and best practices to junior team members.
- Collaborate independently with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on client requirements and project timelines.
- Identify and champion improvements to the implementation framework, including tools and templates that improve efficiency and reduce Time to Revenue.
- Use AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations to build connections between DailyPay and HCM, payroll, and vendor platforms.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering about implementation friction points to inform the product roadmap.
- Ensure project documentation and system configurations meet established quality benchmarks before handing off to Client Success.
