About The Position

The Implementation Engineer is a customer-facing technical professional responsible for planning, designing, integrating, deploying, testing, and validating healthcare communication solutions within complex customer environments. The role calls for a strong foundation in server technologies, networking, databases, healthcare integrations, and structured implementation methodologies. Implementation Engineers collaborate with customers, internal teams, and third-party technology vendors to integrate solutions into the broader healthcare technology ecosystem. Systems may include clinical communication systems, Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR), nurse call, patient monitoring, messaging infrastructure, telephony, and other third-party platforms. Successful candidates combine technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies, communicate effectively with customers and technical stakeholders, and carry out complex implementations using structured, repeatable methodologies.
