Senior HVAC Project Manager

Oliver Mechanical Inc•Londonderry, NH

About The Position

The Senior HVAC Project Manager is a senior technical and leadership role for an experienced commercial HVAC construction professional. The position personally manages the organization’s larger, more complex, or higher-risk commercial HVAC projects from turnover through closeout while serving as a technical resource and mentor to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams. The Senior HVAC Project Manager leads by example, mentors and develops the project management team, and helps standardize project delivery practices across the organization while continuing to manage significant project work. Responsibilities span project planning and financial performance, procurement and coordination, stakeholder communications, compliance, commissioning, inspections, and closeout.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction or project management software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to visit active construction sites, travel regularly between regional job sites, climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, wear required PPE, and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
