About The Position
A well-established, growing financial services company in Austin, TX is looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner or an HR Business Partner to their team. The level of the role will depend on the candidate's experience. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to company leaders and employees, covering all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, HR analytics, and coaching, for approximately 300 employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strategic and broad HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience providing HR support to a group of sales professionals and/or mortgage/lending professionals is strongly preferred.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the financial services, banking, credit union, or similar industry is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to company leaders and employees.
- Provide HR support covering employee relations, performance management, HR analytics, and coaching.
- Support approximately 300 employees.
