As our Senior HR Specialist, you'll shape what it actually feels like to work at SINGU. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be the person managers and employees trust on everything from employment law and compliance to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and the moments in between — owning end-to-end HR processes and making sure every employee interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This role is operational at its core but strategic in its impact. You'll bring deep expertise in Polish labour law (both UoP and B2B), a sharp eye for detail, and a data mindset that turns HR reporting into real insights — all while helping us build people processes that scale as SINGU grows. Your mission Shape the Employee Experience at SINGU. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience and ensuring our people processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable as SINGU continues to grow. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, employment law, compliance, and employee lifecycle matters — owning employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HR reporting, and policy updates, while ensuring compliance with labour law, GDPR, and internal standards. You'll proactively monitor legislative changes, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions that support both business objectives and compliance. Partnering closely with the Head of People & Culture and managers across the business, you'll help build scalable people processes that enable organisational growth.
