We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on HR Business Partner to support our North America Sales, Customer Experience, Global Service & Digital Solutions, and Product Management teams. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to navigate complex environments, and a balance of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s required; Master’s in HR/IR/OD or MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years as an HRBP supporting complex, matrixed, customer-facing (Sales/Commercial) and/or product/technology organizations.
  • Depth across CAHRS HR Business Partner capability pillars (CAHRS World-Class HRBP Framework (full report)) strategy engagement, talent & leadership, organizational effectiveness, and operating model orchestration.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
  • High-level interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset and strong influencing skills across senior stakeholders
  • Strength in org design, leadership coaching, talent planning, and change delivery
  • Ability to drive innovative HR solutions in a fast-changing business landscape.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new digital capabilities quickly and pragmatically.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance insights, streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the people strategy. Translate our commercial, product, and customer priorities into practical people plans that strengthen performance, capability, and culture.
  • Coach and enable leaders. Be a trusted advisor to NA Sales, Customer Experience, Global Services & Digital Solutions, and Product Management leaders — improving manager effectiveness, clarity, communication, decision‑making, and team health.
  • Build talent and leadership strength. Drive succession planning, accelerate development of hi‑potential talent, and partner closely on hiring for critical roles.
  • Improve how teams work. Lead org design improvements, clarify decision rights, and streamline handoffs across functions.
  • Lead change. Support transformations, restructures, and process improvements — using data, influencing skills, and structured change management.
  • Use data to drive action. Bring insights from workforce analytics, engagement data, productivity metrics, and customer outcomes to inform decisions.
  • Partner across HR. Work closely with COEs and Shared Services, ensuring seamless execution and consistent adoption of HR tools, processes, and digital solutions.
